Product Weight (without packaging): Single doors weigh between 90-130 lbs, and double doors weigh between 190-280 lbs, depending on the size and style of the door.

Typically, the outside dimension of door jamb is made to be 1/4 " less on height and 1/2" less on width than the rough opening.

Our custom doors typically come with locksets included unless otherwise requested. Lock hole configurations—such as double bore (Lever + deadbolt) or single bore with pulls—depend on your door style and preferences.

If you prefer to use your own lockset, such as from Schlage, Baldwin, Weslock, or Emtek, please provide the exact specifications before production. We can accommodate standard U.S. dimensions: 2 1/8" bore hole, 2 3/4" backset, 5 1/2" center-to-center spacing, and 2" door thickness.
